Need For Speed: ProStreet is your ultimate taste of the chaos and unbridled adrenaline of street racing. Pushing yourself and your car to the edge can lead to mistakes and this time those mistakes have consequences. Think swirling fields of debris, shredded fiberglass and heinously twisted metal. Every dent, every scratch and every crumpled body panel is a battle scar, proof of your commitment and competitive mettle.

Compete on some of the world's most iconic racing locations - Tokyo's Shuto Expressway, the Autobahn and the Nevada desert. The atmosphere is electric - complete with energetic crowds, photo-realistic cars and billowing smoke - all designed to embody the pressure and intensity of the gladiatorial challenge known as Show Down. Need For Speed: ProStreet is the realization of the raw power, visceral aggression and intense rivalry that embodies street racing culture.

Not that brilliant pretty standard generic racing game, but definitely worth a tenner. If you prefer a great racing game that has both the licenses, and a great psychics engine get race driver: Grid or dirt. Lets keep our fingers crossed for the next one!

First off i will go as far as saying this is nowhere near as bad as i was expecting. I found it quite refreshing that EA have taken this latest installment away from the illegal street racing scene and tried something new, don't get me wrong i enjoyed getting chased by the police and the rest of it but it was getting quite repetative. The graphics are great as is the wide selection of rides, there are endless ways off pimping up your ride to boot. Overall the only thing that still bugs the pants off me to this day is having to keep paying to get my ride repaired after every event as it is nigh on impossible to get through a race without damaging it in someway. So all in all i am still enjoying this installment as much as the rest of them, bring on NFS Undercover.

This game is pathetic. It's just rubbish, all you do is go round and round these really boring tracks with no police chasing you, which is stupid. I bought it based on most wanted which is a great game. You get bored after five minutes and the annoucers over the pa are so annoying. The damage is terrible to, the same thing happens to every car, if you bash the front against the wall the whole car suddenly has scraches on it and thats as far as it goes, no mashed up bonnets, or broken lights, boring. Will be trading it in at first oppertunity and won't be buying any nfs games again.:(
