I agree with everyone who says this game is repetitve which it is, and which is also the reason im only giving this game 4stars, but otherwise this is an extremley great game, this was one of the first games I bought on the PS3 and I was extremley impressed by the graphics, the lighting effects, and the scale of the game, the land is not to big but not to small, but the landscape is very impressive to look at even the bits you cant reach.

For any one one who's thinking of buying this game but has no real understanding of the story line then you'll be pretty surprised, it has some good twists that you deffinately don't see coming! People have also been complaining thet you cant skip the cut scenes which I dont find a problem because your meant to be paying attention to the cut scenes not ignoring them.

As for the land, its split up into various cities in the middle east set during the 3rd crusade, you can travel to each of them through the large and explorable kingdom which is reminded me alot of hyrule from zelda or middle earth from lord of the rings. Altair himself and hs acrobatic abilities will remeind alot of poeple of the prince of persia as well. Theres all sorts throughout the kindom like enemy soldiers from different factions or villages, plus hidden secrects etc.

The best bit of course is the fighting, the combat system is very natural and easy to use but still makes you feel pretty proud when you smoothly pull of a flashy counter attack, and even more proud when you waste about 19 enemy soldiers in one fight which is a situation you can easily find your self in. you'll find youself fighting on the roof tops alot as well which is brilliant fun even when YOU get chucked off the roofs in a fight you'll be finding it hillariously fun all the while when a fight gets messy though you will have to run like hell and try to loose your attackers buy finding a hiding spot or blending into the crowds or making mates via side missions who will help slow down the enemy to help you escape.

So all in all, good story line, good graphics, good combat system, if it could put the kettle on and make me a cuppa it would be perfect.. Its a must get, but because of its repetitive mission structure dont play it in one go other wise you'll get bored of it play it, go do something else play a bit more and so on.
