- The Chemical Wedding Files
The year 2000, Cambridge University, Dr Joshua Mathers' state-of-the-art virtual reality suit is being linked to the world's biggest super computer, the Z93. Local programmer, and occult obsessive Victor Neumann has been secretly uploading all of late Edwardian magician Aleister Crowley's black magic ceremonies into the Z93 in binary form, with the intention of fusing science and magic with the help of his accomplice, the stuttering Classics lecturer Dr Oliver Haddo. Haddo enters the suit without realising that Mathers has made it 'intelligent' by adding a random chaos equation into the mix and the result is his transformation into Crowley himself. In order to reinstate his place on Earth he must perform the ultimate occult ritual, the Chemical Wedding within 3 days...

A great idea for a film, but a big let down.... Crowley was not really put across right and most of the acting was awful.
Bruce should stick to heavy metal music... he should have given this idea to some Pro's and someone who is more clued up on the occult and stuff, shame, great idea.
watch it...

Im a solid bruce dickinson/maiden fan...and knew this wouldnt dissapoint in any means.
What a great film...a few surreal moments in there too.
And simon callow played the part well.
Not great: rent it if you must - don't spend money on it!

Not for those who enjoy a good plot and the 'twist' at the end is dull - which is a shame as the acting's quite good. I would avoid this one though - it begins to grate after the first half hour - the story-line, even given the topic, is so-so. Was sorry I spent my hard earned cash on this one - a big let down.
